Uses: According to Chinese laws and regulations,Food additive
Calcium Chloride can be used as stabilizer, coagulant, nutrition
enhancer and processing aid of bean products, diluted butter, soft
beverage, juice,jam, water and food industry.
Dosage: According to Chinese laws and regulations. Dosage of Food
additive Calcium Chloride: upon your demands for bean products and
diluted butter, Max 0.44-3.7g/kg for soft beverage,Max 00mg/kg or
100mg/1(as Ca, 36mg/1) for water, Max 0.4g/kg for juice, max
1.0g/kg for jam.
Packing: 10-40kg/bag.
Storage: Kept in cool and dry place, avoid rain, moisture and
insolation.
